About Bushido

Bushy what??

Bushido, means Way of the Warrior (Samurai). So are we Warrior Warriors?

The reason this name was chosen is that I have seen many people train in Martial Arts and although they may have become Warriors   ( some in their own mind!), not all follow the Way of the Warrior. It is for that reason that we are Warriors that follow the Code of Bushido!

The Warrior Code, or The Seven Virtues of Bushido, similar to the western idea of Chivalry, are as follows and all of us should strive to live our life by them for the benefit of ourselves and others.

The Seven Virtues of Bushido

1. Rectitude (Right Decisions)
2. Courage
3. Benevolence (Kindness)
4. Respect
5. Honesty
6. Honour
7.
